The location is Chokkahanalli village, Thubagere Hobli, Doddaballapur, Bangalore 561203. NH-648 and State Highway 9 connect it outward. The airport is about 30 minutes away. KWIN City, a 5,800-acre planned township, is coming up nearby. The Peripheral Ring Road will eventually run close to this site.
That is the investment logic here. You are not buying into a mature market. You are buying into a corridor that is still forming. The price reflects that. A 30x40 plot starts at Rs. 58 lakhs. That is the most affordable new Godrej plot launch in Bangalore right now.

The clubhouse here covers 11,000 sq. ft. Jogging tracks, swimming pool, open parks. The internal road network is wide. For a project at this price point, the infrastructure is genuinely good.
But go in with clear eyes. Doddaballapur today does not have the social infrastructure that Devanahalli has. Schools, hospitals, and daily conveniences are still coming up around the site. If you are buying to build and live immediately, factor that in. If you are buying to hold and build in 3 to 4 years, the location story gets much stronger by then.
