1.Planning Stage –

The apartments are ready for booking. Buyers can contact the sales team to book their desired unit on the desired floor. In the pre-launch stage, the builder is offering a 20% discount on the actual selling price. As recent news, the EOI amount list for booking the flats has been released, which is given below:

3.5 BHK - Rs. 12 Lakhs

5.Approvals –
The township has applied for RERA, BDA, BBMP and banks. The registration numbers will be updated on the official websites and the brochure PDF. These will show that the venture is legally safe for investment.
