As of May 12, 2026 Godrej Vanantara in its pre-launch stage. Site preparation work is actively underway at Dinnepalya, CK Palya Road, off Bannerghatta Road, Bangalore 560083. The boundary wall is complete, site access points for construction vehicles are in place, and land surveying for tower positioning is in progress. Ground levelling across the 36-acre site is near completion.

RERA registration is currently in progress. Until the RERA number is issued, buyers can register their interest through an Expression of Interest (EOI). EOI registration gives you priority unit selection and access to pre-launch pricing, which is the lowest pricing available across the project lifecycle.
