Godrej Vanantara Fourth Dimension — Construction Quality Transparency

The Fourth Dimension is Godrej Properties' on-site construction-transparency exhibit at the Godrej Vanantara Experience Centre, K.G. Hommadevanahalli. It walks visitors through the actual materials, methods and safety measures used in the structure — RCC wall durability with third-party reinforcement testing, multi-layer external waterproofing, bathroom seepage protection, dedicated plumbing and electrical routing, FRLS (flame-retardant low-smoke) electrical wire, and upgraded fire shafts. We toured the exhibit on 21 May 2026 and captured each station so buyers can verify the construction commitments before they book.

It complements the live site photos above and the published RERA registration PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/130526/008653, turning marketing promises into checkable engineering.
